Ice Vibration HammersSchaeffer 268 Supreme Gear Lube and 294 Supreme Gear Lube The only difference in the two oils is how the moly, the plating part of the oil, is mixed/blended into the base oil. Schaeffer 268 is a 'suspended' moly meaning it will settle out over a period of time. i.e. settle in the bottom of the barrel. Schaeffer 294 is a 'soluble' moly so it blends with the base oil. It will not settle out and cannot be filtered out.
